Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026. This policy explains how CVMate handles your information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

What we collect

We collect the CV content, job ad text, and email address you provide to generate your resume, plus basic technical data (e.g. IP address for rate limiting). We do not collect more than we need to deliver the service.

How we use it

Your CV and job ad text are processed by our AI provider (Google Gemini) to analyse and rewrite your resume. Your email is used to deliver your results and receipts. We do not sell your personal information.

Storage and security

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers (Supabase, Netlify) and payment processing is handled by Stripe. We use industry-standard security and retain analysis data only as long as needed to provide the service.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
