The service

CVMate provides AI-assisted resume analysis and generation for the Australian job market. We aim for accurate, ATS-friendly output, but you are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content — including any AI-estimated figures — before using your CV.

Payments and refunds

Paid plans are one-off payments processed by Stripe in AUD. If a generated file is technically faulty (for example, it will not open), contact us and we will regenerate it at no cost.

30-day Interview-or-Refund Guarantee

Paid CV plans are eligible for our results guarantee. Apply to at least 10 suitable jobs using the CVMate-generated CV within 30 days of purchase. If you receive zero interview invitations, contact support within 35 days of purchase with reasonable evidence of those applications and we will refund 100% of the eligible purchase price. Duplicate, fraudulent, self-referred, zero-value and previously refunded orders are not eligible. This guarantee is additional to, and does not exclude, any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Acceptable use

Don't submit content you don't have the right to use, and don't misuse the service. We may suspend access for abuse.

No guarantee of outcomes

Except for the conditional refund described above, we cannot guarantee an interview, job offer, salary or hiring timeframe. Hiring decisions remain with employers.

Partner referrals

If you arrive through a CVMate Partner link, a first-party referral cookie may attribute a qualifying purchase to that partner. It does not increase the price you pay unless a clearly disclosed promotion says otherwise. Partners do not receive your CV, job advertisement, payment details or other application content.
